Our policy of rent is always very simple, we are not an agency that work as an intermediary! We are the owners of apartments we are proposing, that's why we can give a satisfactory performance, managing to hold down prices! They collaborate with us wonderful people that delivery of keys (at any time of day or night), cleaning and if necessary we can offer some suggestion!

In all of our apartments include in the price of a standard service, providing: Linen - Towels - kitchen utensils. In every apartment you will find such some elements as: TV with with international channels, DVD, HI-FI, Internet (ADSL line speed), CD players, air conditioner, Phone and Coffe maker or Esrpesso coffe.
The most important features of our apartments are two:
1) CENTRAL LOCATION: that all the accommodation we offer are located in close to the most 'popular Hotels of the Hungarian capital ... some examples: ASTORIA aprtment close to the ASTORIA HOTEL, Kiraly, Semmelweiss, Károly are a few tens of meters from the Hotel LE Méridienne etc.
2) PROXIMITY TO SUBWAY STATIONS: the apartments are far less than 50 meters from the central lines of the Metro in Budapest, see for yourself the position of each. So you can move with great ease and independence, without the help of the taxi, thus saving money!
