The apartment is on the third floor (no lift) of a historic building located in the central fifth district, on Vaci utca, pedestrian street of Budapest.
The apartment is 120 square meters large and consists of a living room, two bedrooms, a dining room, kitchen and two bathrooms. It 's hot in winter thanks to the functional system of heating and cool in summer due to thick walls of "old times", the natural ventilation.
Located in the historic center just a few meters from the historic square of Budapest, it is just a few dozen meters from the Metro Blue Line Kalvin Ter. The apartment is very quiet and overlooks the courtyard on one side while the other overlooks the pedestrian street.
For delivery of the keys, we have local employees who speak English, Italian and Hungarian.
